Jan 16, 2014:
The market in Anderson County is heating up.  I am seeing more phone calls from sellers and buyers, and most agents are busier than they have been in quite some time.
There are more views on MLS properties, more website visits, and again, a lot more phone calls.
Some properties are getting several offers, and competition for well priced, well kept homes is growing.
The best advice when looking for a property in this type of market is don't procrastinate when you find the one you want.  Seek advice from a REALTOR in regards to pricing and other options.
When getting ready to sell, ask your REALTOR to provide you with a Comparative Market Analysis so you will know what the market will bear.

April 9, 2014:
Seems like the market in Anderson County experienced a slight dip in activity from first week of March to about the 1st week of April.  But we are seeing a resurgence of Sellers looking to list, and Buyers looking for new homes.
Springs warmer weather seems to bring folks out driving around looking for homes.
This may be helpful: You can search the listings on this website, then drive by the properties of interest.  This will save you gas, and time.  Also, when you find a property you want to see or need more information, call, email, or text me.  I will send it as quickly as possible.
If you are driving around and see a property you like, look for a QR Code on the sign to access the MLS data sheet on the website or come to this website and put in the address.
It seems like folks who've been thinking about moving are taking action.  Right now we have many buyers looking, but not enough inventory to match each buyer with the specific property they want.  Keep checking.  Almost each day new listings are added and that special property you've been looking for may be one of them.
I look forward to helping out anyway I can.
